1) Control System
The control system adopts NanYang automatic control system. The whole drying process is automatic control with computer. To realize automatic program control on heating, steam injection, dehumidifying, fan positive inversion. It real-time displays and alarms of the drying process, drying parameters and drying fault. It prepares and stores 99 drying process benchmark programs according to the thickness of the different species.
2) Heating System
High-quality double-metal aluminum rolled sheet radiators are adopted and connected with base pipes closely. The radiator is reliable in operation, corrosion proof, glabrous and good looking with long life.
3) Air Circulation System
The drying kiln adopts top blower type which is optimal in air circulation. The blowers are made of aluminum alloy. And the motor is high-temperature and high-humidity resistant with H insulation grade. The blowers can reliably and durably work in the conditional of 120C high temperature and 100% high humidity, and the efficiency is 84%. Symmetrical blades guarantee the same air flow and air pressure in front and back directions to greatly improve the evenness of moisture contents of wood in the flue.
4) Dehumidifying System
The dehumidifying system consists of master control system and dehumidifying motors. Imported motors are adopted, featuring small volume, reliable performance and long service life.
5) Kiln Entrance System
The kiln entrance system adopts aluminum alloy integral dropping gate. The whole kiln gate is assembled into an integral body. And polyurethane board is adopted for heat preservation. The gate sealing uses special section rubber that features high temperature resistance, anti-aging and high sealing performance. The lifting device is top hanged style which can work steady and is easy to lift.
6) Inspection Door
The inspection door is included and is of opening 1360x580mm with rock wool insulation of 80mm. It is equipped with a safety handle, easy to open and close, The inspection door will be placed in rear wall.
